We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days.

Please note during busy seasonal periods, our dispatch and delivery times may take longer. We will always notify you if there is any delays.

UK Standard Delivery is £2.99 and we use Evri to deliver all our parcels.

Once you have purchased your gift/s, you can either email your image to kymshobbyhouse@gmail.com or send it via WhatsApp to our number which is 07595 721 808. Images need to be clear and of good quality, we can not make adjustments to your images. Think about if your product would look best with a portrait or landscape style image before sending.

Please mention your order number when sending your image over.

If you unfortunately notice a error in the text you have sent us or you have sent us the wrong image, you need to let us know straight away. We will try to do all we can to change it, but please keep in mind your product might have already been sent to production. If this is the case then we are not able to change it.

For this reason, it is really important to triple check your text or image before sending it over to us.
