Cancelling Your Order

To do this you will need to send a letter or email informing us you would like to cancel your order. Please include your order number, name and address. You will be refunded within 14 days of cancelation.

We cannot accept cancellation of any personalised/custom orders. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items

At Kym’s Hobby House, we personally pick and pack each order to ensure all items are of perfect condition. If you do however receive an item that is faulty, we do apologise as this may have happened in transit.

If this is the case, we ask that you inform us of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to arrange a refund or replacement for you as quick as possible. We will require you to send us a picture of the damaged items for us to get a clear idea as to how the item became damaged.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days.

 

 

 

We use Evri/Yodel/Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcels.

3D printed articulating Dune Striker Dragon. 

This Dune Striker Dragon Large measures approximately 28cm long and the little one measures approximately 17cm long, boasts a flexible design that makes it a fun, relaxing, stress-relief fidget toy.

This Dune Striker Dragon Large measures approximately L 28cm x W 14cm x H 6cm & the small one measures approximately L17cm x W 8cm x H 4cm. 

 

These Cinderwings3d-designed fidgets are produced and sold by us as an authorised seller. They should be kept away from high heat to prevent softening and deformation. Due to small parts and pointy edges that may pose a hazard, they are not recommended for younger children or rough handling.

 

This Dune Striker Dragon is made out of PLA (Polylactic acid)
